Hello. I'm Rob Kemp, freelance journalist, copy writer and author of The Expectant Dad's Survival Guide (Vermillion £10.99).
I regularly write features, news stories and contribute content ideas for websites, newspapers and magazines. I focus on health, sports and fitness in the main though also write about fatherhood, men's lifestyle issues, country walking, technology, weight loss and travel.
I'm a contributing editor to Men's Health magazine and website.
